About Us

Hello! My name is Ariel and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I received a Bachelors in Psychology in 2009 from University of Central Florida. In 2015, I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and work with individuals who struggle with disordered eating, eating disorders and diet culture. I have been trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (EX/RP, ERP) for OCD. I also work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and addiction. , My experience has taught me that one of the most valuable aspects of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. I understand that it is not easy to open up to a stranger. It is important for me to provide a safe environment for us to build a trusting relationship. , Our work together is based around your individual needs and goals.
