Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is the center of all the treatment approaches we provide. , Exposure response prevention treatment (ERP) is used for OCD and anxiety disorders and is part of the behavioral component of CBT. Habit reversal training (HRT) is utilized for body focused repetitive behaviors.
