I will share various therapeutic approaches and teach you how to implement them, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to support you in your healing process so that you can connect with the best version of yourself. , In my 19 years of practice, I have learned many different therapies and treatment modalities. Together, we will make a treatment plan based on what you want to get our of therapy. I have worked with very diverse populations and work to create safe spaces so that clients can feel comfortable and open to healing. , I want all of my clients to feel comfortable and understand that therapy can be a new experience for many. I offer confidential individual, couple, and family therapy online via our HIPPA compliant telehealth platform for your convenience. Weekdays, evening, and some weekend hours available.
