She has been using the Internal Family Systems model for over a decade and is Level 3 trained. Dr. Ann Marie is a highly-skilled and compassionate professional with decades of experience, who offers high-quality and caring support and healing for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. In private practice since 2004, she is passionate about guiding people to live life well and more fully. Other areas of expertise include self-esteem, and loss/grief after divorce or death of loved one. , She is well-trained in Mindfulness Therapies, Imago, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, HeartMath, Neuroscience and Expressive Arts. In addition to individual sessions, Ann Marie teaches classes & workshops on a variety of topics. , " She holds both a Doctorate degree and a Masters degree in Psychology and is licensed as a Marriage & Family Therapist and a Mental Health Counselor.
