My 25+ years of clinical experience has given me the privilege and honor to address individual, relationship and family issues from A-Z. The need to get unstuck along with the desire to create and maintain change are often what bring people into my office. , I listen... My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic. I listen with a trained ear and respond to each person’s unique situation. Throughout the therapeutic process we work together to identify your goals while developing a plan of action to reach your goals. I have advanced training in a variety of therapeutic approaches. , My style is solution focused with a strong emphasis on the cognitive behavioral therapeutic framework. I am a registered yoga teacher and have developed and implemented a mindfulness curriculum for public schools and the community. Combining these therapeutic elements I customize my approach to your individual needs to maximize your positive results.
