An ideal client is someone who is dedicated to putting in the work necessary to facilitate lasting changes in their lives. Once clients are able to attain feelings of authenticity and peacefulness within themselves, they are in a far better position to enrich and enhance the lives of people around them. I partner with my clients, no matter where they are when they start this journey, and I am at their side every step of the way. , I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques with Adlerian theories to promote balance between mind, body, spirit, and social environments. I utilize evidence-based practices to support clients with emotional, relational, and situational issues. , You are the expert in your own life. My position is that of a consultant.
