Combining 30 years experience with proven alternative methods, I hope to be your last therapist. My multi-modal approach may include EMDR, Counseling, Neurofeedback, tPBM (Brain Light Therapy) or Intensive Workshops and enables clients to receive needed services in one setting. My focus is to address the root cause of symptoms and issues. A non-judgmental environment allows clients to address core issues which may be leading to depression, anxiety, addictions or relationship problems. As clients move from reactivity to responsiveness or from victimization to empowerment, they are enabled to live their best lives. , As adults, we continue to be affected by traumas like physical, sexual or verbal abuse as well as anything less than nurturing in childhood. Often the root cause of symptoms goes unrecognized. Once identified, healing can begin. EMDR processes unresolved trauma and helps change ingrained negative core beliefs.
