About Us

In my practice, my goal is to always meet clients where they are and identify the strategies that will help them make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. I recognize that some people seek therapy with clearly defined goals in mind, while others are simply trying to "figure things out" and determine their future directions. I tailor my approach to the individual needs of each client, and draw from my 20+ years of clinical experience when developing treatment plans. I offer individual and couples therapy, either in person or via phone or video conferencing when necessary. Goal directed coaching services are also available. , I have worked extensively with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting support, and many areas of health/wellness. Treatment typically includes some goal-directed cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, in combination with the use of awareness and insights to guide and support positive changes and remove obstacles. , I recognize that it can sometimes be overwhelming to initiate the process of therapy, as well as challenging to incorporate it into an already busy schedule. I provide a comfortable, supportive environment for traditional in-office sessions, in addition to options for phone sessions, video conferencing, and messaging through a secure communication portal.
