I have clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples in both community and private practice settings. Together, we will explore the root causes of your behavior, develop healthier boundaries, and cultivate self-compassion. , I have worked with individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders (i.e., borderline personality disorder), PTSD/trauma, ADHD, relationship conflict, life transition difficulties, adjustment difficulties, codependency, and other areas of clinical issue. , I work from a humanistic and evidence-based approach, which includes aspects of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
