Can you remember a time when anxiety, depression and feelings of stress weren’t your “norm," but those days are becoming harder to remember? If you had the tools to change that, what could you do with your life? As your therapist, I help individuals just like you: the ones that have it within them to regain their confidence and find the sense of balance they\ve been looking for in life, but just need the support to do that. Together we\ll explore life\s challenges, both past and present that you feel are holding you back. , Everyone deserves to slow down, connect, and heal. Therapy does that. You can fully show up, break down, and rebuild yourself here. There’s space for all of it! The process may be tough. But recognizing your strength and gaining insight will help change how you engage with yourself & others, and how you move through the world. You are worth the work. , My personal journey through grief and loss as a military widow and a Gold Star spouse has given me a dedication to meeting those in pain and help them move towards hope.
