About Us

I focus on individualized-care by working together with you to promote holistic healing and build resiliency. I am passionate about working with children, pre-teens, teenagers, and adults struggling with an array of mental health needs including depression, anxiety, recent adjustments and stress, self-injury, suicidality, complex trauma, and family conflict. I value authentic and genuine connections because I believe our most basic need is to connect with others. I focus on modalities that connect thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create change. View 7 Photos, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Bloom Mental Health Healing, My treatment approaches include trauma-informed, experiential, mindfulness-based, and holistic therapies to encourage healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Additionally, I am pursuing the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential through Iaedp. , I believe that expression and connection lead to a better understanding of the self. I create a non-judgmental and safe environment that fosters authenticity as we work together. I believe that healing and resiliency come from within, and I work to empower people to find happiness and hope.
