I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, and Certified SandTray Therapist with over 25 years’ experience. My passion lies in working with children, teens, adults, and families to process a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, autism, attachment issues, caregiver issues, LGBTQ+, trauma, managing anger and more. , I embrace a holistic approach to working with my clients that includes utilizing expressive arts, play therapy and mindfulness techniques as well as proven strategies to help in the therapeutic healing process.
