I provide counseling to individuals who come from an array of diverse cultures and backgrounds. I recognize how difficult it can be to feel heard and seen when experiencing depression, trauma, anxiety, multicultural and acculturation issues, stress, grief, transitions and adjustments, difficulties with sleep, parenting skills and family issues. And I am here to be there for you when it feels like there is a lot to hold. I also enjoy serving high-achievers and perfectionists learn how to reduce burnout and negative patterns of perfectionism within both their professional and personal lives. , I utilize an array of approaches when working with clients and keep our therapeutic space client-centered. I enjoy using an eclectic approach with a basis in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Psychoanalysis. My focus is to help you be able to emotionally process and feel comforted while you overcome difficulties within your life. , As well as providing individual counseling I also provide Emotional Support Animal letters as a one time service. I believe that rapport is the most important factor for making improvements within your life.
