Hi, i’m Shea. I am a client-centered therapist with an empathetic, accepting and supportive approach to life and therapy. My focus is first building a trusting relationship with clients so they can feel safe and comfortable opening up about their struggles. I apply a caring and compassionate approach to each session that encourages clients through the use of ACT(Acceptance and Commitment), Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing therapy techniques to help patients create and achieve their goals. , I specialize in working with individuals who need help with anxiety, grief, depression, marriage counseling, anger-management, trauma, family, parent/child and interpersonal relationships as well as adjustment issues. , “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass… it’s about learning to dance in the rain”.
