As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and warm space where therapeutic rapport can thrive. I love working with clients to not only work on symptomology, but to create deep and meaningful change at the identity level. My practice seeks to attack symptoms while creating space for powerful growth. I believe that the heart, mind, and soul are all connected, and that therapy should focus on this intersectionality as a mechanism for change. , I use cognitive-behavioral approach while pulling strengths-based and persons-centered theory. Much of my experience has been working with people who suffer from depressed mood, anxiety, behavioral addiction, anger difficulties and trauma. , I work remotely by secure videoconference to not only provide affordable care but also accessible counseling for individuals who might have demanding schedules or long commutes.
