Hi, my name is T. Marieann Hekimian (pronounced Maryann Heck-eem-ian) and I am an anti-racist mental health therapist. If you are feeling sad, confused, anxious, having difficulties in important relationships, we can explore your inner self, the many parts and your heart to understand clearly what your needs are and how to communicate those needs in an effective way. , The therapeutic interventions I utilize include parts work (Internal Family Systems Therapy), Cognitive behavioral therapy, inner child work, tapping, meditation, and psychedelic integration for folks interested in using psilocybin for healing.
