I teach people to respond to themselves in kind, compassionate ways, whether responding to hunger, fullness, or any emotion. , People can experience relief from anxiety, depression, and self-harming behaviors by changing the way they respond to stressful and overwhelming situations. I teach strategies from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, to help people create healthier, happier lives.
