Feeling overwhelmed and/or stuck? Are you struggling to enjoy your family or loved ones? Welcome to my practice and I look forward to working with you. Providing a safe and comfortable environment, I will listen to you and offer fresh perspectives on challenging and/or overwhelming life circumstances. With 20 years of experience, my areas of focus include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment and transitions, and crisis management. I enjoy working with children, adults and families. My practice includes consultation, assessment and evaluation and when warranted I will provide in-home and school observations. , I support children living with divorced, blended or non-traditional family structures. Allowing space to explore the effects of modern day stressors, I help children and families coping with excessive worries, addictive behaviors, co-dependency and grief and loss. Together we work to establish self- acceptance and to promote feelings of ease and well being. , I maintain an eclectic style which blends solutions focused, cognitive behavioral and expressive techniques. I believe in identifying resources and partnering with other professionals in an effort to find practical and productive means to support the specific needs and goals of each and every client. I am available for day or evening appointments.
