Many people who experience anxiety, depression, stress, and feeling overwhelmed start to isolate, avoid enjoyable activities and engage in unhealthy behaviors but soon find themselves more anxious, worried, and depressed than before. It can leave you feeling exhausted, stuck, and hopeless. , I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to help clients process difficult emotions, learn more effective ways to cope, find hope, and feel empowered. My approach to counseling is integrative, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused, and motivational interviewing. , My goal is to create a healing therapeutic environment to help clients overcome challenges in their life and improve their quality of life. I am passionate about helping adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and substance use/addiction.
