To personalize treatment I use a combination of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to best support, explore, interpret, and solve. , My specialty and passion is working with adolescents: teenagers, college students, and young adults; especially around anxiety and ADHD. I also see adults, couples, and families seeking support in challenges including relationship dynamics, trauma, attachment, disordered eating, neurodivergence, etc. , The greatest indicator of success in therapy is the "fit" between client and therapist.
