About Us

As a professional mental health counselor, Jennifer aims to support and facilitate growth and resiliency as well as assist in processing, managing, and improving healing strategies for her clients. Clients will work collaboratively to improve current concerns in a compassionate and confidential environment. Jennifer’s professional counseling experience reflects inclusive work with the diverse population of the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Her clinical experience involves individual, family, couples, and group therapy. , Jennifer works with clients with varying concerns affecting their everyday lives. These concerns include depression, anxiety, sexuality and identity, and personality disorders. Her specialties also include interpersonal relationship issues, grief, life transitions, career, trauma, and other life experiences, in addition to more. , Her goal is to promote a healthier and meaningful life with an emphasis on healing. This is achieved through the facilitation of deep self-reflection utilizing individualized therapy techniques. During counseling, Jennifer and the client will focus on self-discovery, problem-solving, meaning-making, growth and acceptance.
