I especially enjoy working with adults ages 18-65 who need support and guidance as they grapple with the challenges and concerns that are often characteristic of these life stages. , As a scientist-practitioner, I use research to select interventions that reduce distressing thoughts and behaviors and identify better alternatives. I am trained to work with a range of issues, including work transitions, relationship/family difficulties, and general life stress.
