I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are curious and hungry for more connection to themselves and others in their lives. I will reflect with you on how it feels to be with and collaborate with you on your own thriving. You are likely to display the same intra- and inter-personal patterns with me that enhance or impede your progress in your relationships at work and home. Most of my clients start therapy because of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and work challenges. , As a therapist focused on helping adults thrive at home and at work, I have been successful in helping people learn to communicate effectively while stressed out. Therapy is a time to learn what you need to stay centered and bring your best self to your work, family and couple.
