I endeavor to help clients better to understand the nature and nuances of their particular difficulties so that they can live a rich, meaningful life. I have experience helping people with a wide array of psychological difficulties, including OCD, anxiety, depression, anger, relational difficulties, and major life transitions. Before beginning my clinical psychology training I worked in business at multiple private-sector organizations - I leverage this distinctive combination of experience and expertise when working with all clients, and especially those who find their work lives impacted by their struggles. , I use an integrative approach, blending various evidence-based treatments and techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, ERP, and acceptance- and compassion-based therapies. I take a direct and active role in treatment in order to help clients meet their goals for treatment and for life. , I understand that it can be daunting to take the leap into treatment, so I am always happy to provide consultations to answer any questions you may have and ensure I am the right fit for you. I see clients in our Dupont Circle office, our Bethesda office, and virtually throughout the DMV.
