In 25 years of clinical work, Ive collaborated with a wide range of individuals and families in their efforts to make positive changes or adjust to life transitions, losses, and trauma. My services are tailored to the specific needs of clients and involve assessment, joint development of goals and plans, and use of best practice approaches to achieve their goals. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy as well as parent consultation. I find cognitive-behavioral, relational, solution-focused, and parent-child interaction therapy techniques to be appropriate and effective with many clients.
