About Us

I specialize in helping children + adults build ‘toolkits’ - a set of skills that can help clients better cope with current life difficulties and have success dealing with future challenges. I’m very interactive and teach a variety of coping skills that individuals can apply immediately to learn how to successfully manage daily as well as their extraordinary stressors. Clients gain skills that become a foundation of stability, meaning our work helps with current problems and also brings long-term solutions for sustainable health + resiliency. , In my work with children, I focus on increasing coping skills so that they can learn how to respond more adaptively to situations. I also work to help parents be more attuned to their child. We work together to repair breaks/disconnects in the parent-child relationship and to help build a more secure parent–child relationship. , I believe everyone deserves to feel good about themselves and lead their best life. I’m honored to walk alongside my clients in achieving that by offering a safe, friendly, and supportive experience in which clients end up equipped to better handle their life experiences, thereby feeling less stressed, more resilient, capable and happier.
