Guiding my work is the belief that life is precious, and that learning to live more fully in the present relieves suffering. I will work with you confidentially. I will expertly help you manage extreme stress, discover strengths, and change patterns getting in the way of health and happiness. I work actively and collaboratively, and am eager to help adults struggling with a whole range of problems including: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and confidence, abuse and trauma, relationship issues, separation/divorce, personality issues, severe illness, and substance abuse. , I am a very gifted, experienced therapist, and I love my work! My warmth, humor and wisdom will help you quickly get to the bottom of what is troubling you, and find new pathways to healing and change. I have had great success working intensively with people in acute crisis, and with those who have suffered deeply over many years without relief. , I have dedicated over 30 years to helping people heal and transform their lives. However, at this point, I am not currently accepting new clients.
