" Im experienced and passionate about helping adolescents and young and middle-aged adults navigate relationship concerns. Im eager to help each client grow a deeper sense of self and experience healing and freedom that can come from sorting through attachment wounds, learning how to identify and communicate their needs and demystifying and establishing healthy boundaries. I believe learning how to regulate your nervous system can be an essential part of therapy. I will help you develop healthy coping skills, while also helping you recognize the unhealthy coping mechanisms you may have and understand why you may have developed them.
