I’ve been a therapist of one type or another for the past 30 years. I’m currently seeing patients for a number of reasons, some rather moderate and some fairly severe. I have extension experience with addictive thinking, anxiety (including compulsive behaviors), depression, existential or interpersonal concerns, bi-polar depression, mindfulness and anger. As a rule, I don’t see couples. My patients range in age from 11 to 90. , Philosophically, I think in terms of a divided psyche composed of parts. (“Part of me wants to come to therapy but another part is afraid”) I also believe in the importance of self awareness and will utilise meditation and mindfulness as tools.
