Family is the core of our identity & it\s where we often face our greatest challenges. Ranging from lack of connection, support, understanding, being understood, struggling to communicate our thoughts, feelings, wants/needs. Lack of respect & value. Lets admit it , for some of us our families are unhealthy. unloyal. broken. "toxic". Whether there actions are intentional or unintentional, they cause deep animosity & we don\t know how to fix it. So you say forget um\ accepting that they aren\t going to change, that this is what your life is going to be. So you found a gaurded way to deal with this percieved reality & you stand on it. , " At this point you, your family, your partner, your child, your parents; could use guidance in lifes issues. My educational background, provides me with a deep understanding of how to help you address these complications from a cognitive & spiritual standpoint.
