Seeking help for your mental health is the most important decision that you will make in your life with long-lasting results. It is my vision that everyone should live free of judgment, distress, discomfort, and free of emotional turmoil. As a society, we have become conditioned to sit in our lives, to accept our circumstances, however unpleasant they are. Therapy can help overcome those circumstances. Together this can be achieved. I will stick by you and help you live the life you want. I use motivational interviewing techniques, CBT methods and my therapeutic modality is based on a psychodynamic /psychoanalytic foundation. , I provide psychotherapy with an eclectic, person-centered, and non-judgemental approach. I provide a safe, secure, and empathetic warm environment. The world is a scary, cold, and there is a lot of uncertainty going around, but we can get through it. I am trauma-informed, cultural sensitive, and aware. Part of the BIPOC community. , I also have experience working with LGBT community, relationships, intimacy issues, and attachment issues , career difficulties, coaching, and compassion fatigue. My clinical approach includes CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Trauma, abuse and family conflict. I use Zoom, Face time, Doxyme and Google duo .
