I have been working with clients since graduating in November 2018. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I also have experience running group therapy regarding issues of substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence. I love working with clients who are in need of someone to listen to them and validate their feelings. I pride myself in my ability to be objective and empathetic to client issues in session. I will help my clients with working through their problems and being able to cope with changes that occur. I like to be honest and provide clients with reality when applicable. , I utilize CBT and other theories to help clients learn to be self-aware and gain self-actualization. My role is to help clients to make decisions in their life to gain the happiness that they are looking for. , I look forward to hearing from clients that are in need of someone to listen and be completely open and honest in therapy.
