Your commitment to this process is vital. Shame, guilt, regrets, denial, fear, resentment, blame and repression are barriers that prevent so many of us from moving forward to a healthier life. Therapy often stirs up painful emotions and discomfort. It takes courage and requires an investment of yourself. I am here to listen, understand, relate, guide, provide feedback, ask questions, validate and hopefully walk with you in achieving your goals. As a 65 year old practicing therapist with my own personal life challenges and professional experiences, empathy and emotional maturity come naturally.
