About Us

Amy Hetrick, MSW, LSW, CTP (she, her, hers) utilizes her gifts of compassion, empathy, and connection to gain the trust of her clients. She strives to create a safe space to allow individuals to experience vulnerability and reconnect with their authentic selves. Amy thinks outside the box to collaborate with her clients to encourage them to discover joy, develop hope, and find a sense of purpose. , Amy is a psychotherapist who utilizes a strengths-based approach when collaborating with clients and their internal and family systems. Amy combines traditional talk therapy, EMDR, inner child work, relational trauma repair, Motivational Interviewing, dream interpretation and various action-based methods with her clients to move toward post-traumatic growth. , Amy honors the sacredness of trauma. She is trained in the externalization process of the Growth and Transition Workshop and has completed her EMDR training. She believes that repairing the disconnection of self, caused by the pain of trauma, is a fluid healing process. Integrating the past and present to discover inner freedom to navigate a hopeful future.
