About Us

I am a National Board Certified Counselor. I have worked with people in a variety of settings for over 40 years. I want my clients to be comfortable knowing their privacy is acknowledged and protected. I limit the number of clients, so that I can be responsive to the needs of the people I see. I often speak with or text my clients between our scheduled sessions to help them through critical periods as needed. I currently specialize in Grief Counseling, Depression and Anxiety and issues in the LGBTQ+ community. My practice is out of my home which provides a warm, open and comfortable environment. , I work with men and women, couples and families. In my practice I deal with a multitude of issues that impact families and individuals daily. My approach in my practice is to communicate with my clients in plain everyday language, and working with them to develop a realistic, common sense approach to address their issues. , Sliding scale billing is available. Special consideration for active Military, veterans and their families. Private entrance available to insure privacy .I strive to keep it simple, keep it real and keep our goals attainable.
