I believe the traditional 60 minute session for couples is not very effective. Couples get very frustrated at the 60 minute mark when therapists end sessions abruptly. As a result, I allocate about 75 minutes when meeting with couples. Please note that I do not accept insurance for couples sessions. My fee is $150.00.
