Hello to all and welcome. Have you ever felt like you were wrong for the way you feel or that no one understands you? I am here to help you feel supported through anything you are going through. It is okay to feel the way that you do and there is support to help you change what you feel you want to be different. Friends and family can often be not supportive to your feelings or be judgmental. With therapy you can have a safe space to be honest and not be judged or ridiculed for it. Life is hard but being able to talk about it is helpful. , I specialize in helping moms with perinatal mental health. I also have a lot of experience with dealing with trauma survivors and PTSD. I have worked with trauma survivors for over 4 years and am a certified domestic violence advocate. I also hold my certificate of completion for Perinatal Mental Health. , I have grown a strong skill set of helping individuals get past obstacles that arise.
