Changes in life is a work on progress, and more often than not we need support. I believe that people has the power to heal and find peace within themselves, either if they have to overcome life-challenging situations or to learn to live through them. I have a psychoanalytic and cognitive training which helps me to provide goal-oriented service, in a warm and confidential relationship. I am bilingual (Spanish- English) and certified EMDR therapist. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a type of therapy aim to help people overcome trauma and anxiety related disorders among others. , I offer Telehealth Psychotherapy using videocall sessions to people all across the state. The EMDR treatment is delivered through a HIPAA compliance web site that includes the video call. Clients need to have access to internet. Although smart phones can be used for video call sessions, for EMDR sessions is best to utilize the screen of a computer. , My training is comprehensive and broad. I will be happy to meet you, listening to your treatments needs and goals, and together assess and decide the course of action.
