Hello! I am so happy you have made the choice to start your growth and healing journey! I understand that finding the right therapist can be daunting, so I try to provide a comfortable, accepting, and judgement free office space, as well as approach to treatment. I believe it is important to meet my client where they are at in their journey, and work from there. Sessions are focused on you, and what you would like to get out of them. I am here to help guide your journey, and help you to achieve your goals! , I work with college age, young adult, and adult populations, and provide treatment around anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, gender/sexuality, grief, and life transitions. I provide trauma informed, as well as Gender Affirming Care. I also utilize the ASSET tool to help provide clients with letters to support gender affirming surgeries. , " If you are looking for someone to help you gain strength and individualized skills to cope with lifes various transitions, I would love to see if we may be a good fit.
