TJ is a licensed professional counselor, licensed alcohol and drug counselor, certified school counselor, co-founder of Apple Valley Behavioral Health and founder of Synergy Health & Wellness. On the health and fitness side, TJ is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, former NCAA athlete and 5x Ironman that competes in multiple racing events each year.\xa0 This unique combination of skills and experiences allows him to deliver a highly effective,\xa0multidimensional approach comprised of counseling, exercise, nutritional coaching and wellness practices that create a synergistic effect on overall health and happiness.
