Hello! I am an LCSW and school social worker in the state of Connecticut with 10+ years of experience working with clients of all ages and 5+ years supervising clinicians and other staff. I have experience with a wide range of circumstances including anxiety and stress, depression, self-esteem issues, ADHD, autism, trauma, loss/grief, school challenges, LGBTQ issues, relationship issues, anger management, intellectual disability, and religious issues/spirituality. , My therapeutic approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and eclectic, combining elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
