Therigatha Center for Psychotherapy (TCP) serves primarily adult women between the ages of 18 and 65 healing from interpersonal trauma such as physical, emotional and sexual abuse and neglect, along with medical trauma. Trauma can manifest itself in anxiety, depression, problems with sleep, interpersonal relationship difficulties, and intimacy and somatic complaints (to name a few). TCP offers trauma treatment that is gentle, thoughtful, and based in neurobiological research highlighting the mind-body connection, offering hope and healing to those who struggle with trauma-related issues.
