I welcome those seeking health through a mind, body, spirit approach. We will explore the past yet recognize that if we hold on to pain and trauma it will become our “predictable” future. Our thoughts can and must be our friend not our enemy - we will explore our internal narrator. I see clients as young as 5 years old and into their 80’s — we can learn and grow at every age and stage…. , I have over 30 years of working with individuals, couples and children. My specialty is Child & Family but my focus has been on trauma for the last 20 years. I was the first person in the country trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) an Evidenced Based rapid eye trauma intervention. , Over the course of this life experience we all have pain and trauma. Many individuals move on and some have difficulty. At some point, we may realize our pain/trauma is affecting us and those around us. I want to work with you when you are ready to look into that pain and know that we are powerful beings that can transform ourselves.
