About Us

I work with child and adult clients to address a wide-range of concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD or general childhood behavioral challenges, parenting concerns, stress during life transitions, health-related issues (pain, adjustment to illness), among others. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in my work with clients. I also have specific expertise in neuropsychological assessment for children and young adults, which includes evaluations for cognitive (IQ, attention, executive function), academic, social-emotional, and behavioral concerns. , I offer personalized, compassionate care to help clients harness sources of strength and resilience. In therapy, I offer practical, evidenced-based strategies such as CBT and ACT to help clients better handle difficult emotions and improve coping. I use neuropsychological assessments to help families better understand and support their child as they grow. , Implicit to my practice is the belief that each one of us possesses the emotional wherewithal and many of the skills needed to navigate life’s journey; sometimes we just need to gain additional perspective and access workable strategies to move forward. I support clients by offering strategies that improve wellbeing and increase the ease of everyday life.
