I am a well versed therapist with a passion for treating individuals of all ages from various backgrounds. Empowering my client(s) is something that I am unwaveringly committed to. I understand this can only be possible by allowing two-way candid, transparent, & relatable moments. Before there can be any rebuilding and client empowerment, it is often crucial that my client(s) and I form a strong connection in the beginning. I am a firm believer that getting to know my client outside of the therapeutic process; will better facilitate any accommodations needed in future sessions. A trusting space allows for vulnerable conversations. , I work with teens and adults of various backgrounds who struggle with substance abuse, poor self-esteem, interpersonal challenges, depression, anxiety trauma related symptoms and grief. My approach is eclectic and is tailored to meet the client(s) needs.
