I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and former CSSD Family Relations Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families. I believe therapy can offer relief and hope for whatever it is you may be struggling with. I provide a warm, supportive, empathetic environment for clients in order to foster self-exploration without judgment. My techniques include EMDR (most effective treatment for trauma), Gottman couples therapy, EFT for couples and DBT/CBT. I can help to navigate through all aspects of divorce. I also offer pet assisted therapy with my certified therapy dog, Gracie.
