There are many times in life when we all wonder about our purpose and direction. Questions about our lives become more difficult to navigate as we encounter adversities, stressors, and traumatic experiences. Feelings of anxiety, worry, and depression jeopardize our sense of overall safety and can affect our ability to move towards peace. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with many years experience in the field walking along side individuals and families on their journey to feeling more confident and worthy. , My strength is to utilize talk therapy, trauma focused therapy, and integrate skills and interventions from family therapy and individual models to best fit each individual.
