I believe that the challenge of change offers an opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth that can lead to a more fulfilling and joyful life. , After 18 years of counseling experience, I opened my private practice Women Reshaping Lives, LLC. This was the result of my personal discovery that specializing in helping women going through major life transitions was the right fit for me. Change challenges us to look within, to learn about our coping skills, resilience and life view. , Women Reshaping Lives, LLC was born out of my belief that as change occurs throughout our lives, it comes in many different forms. I listen, support and encourage my clients to know what they need to let go of in order to move forward. My counseling practice is a reflection of my dedication to help bring about transformative change and joyful living.
