About Us

Asking for help can take much energy and courage. I approach each client with this in mind knowing what it takes to open up to another person.Each individual/couple comes to therapy with unique concerns/issues so I work with this in ensuring the treatment is geared specifically to the individual/couple. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration between the therapist and the client. As such, we work together to integrate your ideals and values into the treatment so that changes are easier to implement and maintain. , My areas of specialty include working with individuals dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, grief and substance dependency/abuse. I work with adolescents/teens, emerging adults (18-25), and adults. In addition to psychotherapy, we offer psychological/educational assessments for a more thorough understanding of the individual. , I provide several treatment options -- in office sessions; sessions at the location of your choice (home, office, etc.) or tele-therapy sessions -- sessions held via telephone, Skpye, Facetime, etc.
