I have had the privilege of working with adults, young adults, and older adolescents, both on an inpatient and outpatient basis. I have been in private practice for 28 years and work with clients who present with the full spectrum of mood disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Many clients also struggle with relational issues, chronic health problems, stress and wanting to make major life changes. , I believe in working from a strength based approach. My experience is in CBT, Mindfulness,Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Eclectic therapy. Together we will come to understand the issues you wish to work on, as well as develop and learn new coping skills. It is crucial that you feel heard and listened to. I will do that for you, with compassion and respect. , You may feel hesitant to reach out to a therapist, but you may also feel relief once you do. If you are able, I will schedule you within 1-2 weeks. Feeling out of control of moods and thoughts need not be your journey. I believe that people can get to “the other side” where you will be the conductor of your own train.
